    We have experience with all kinds of hardwood flooring, including pre-finished, parquet, strip and plank

    Buffing and coating will extend the life of your hardwood floors and refresh the finish without sanding.

  • STEPS & STAIRS

    We can re-finish your worn out steps or stairs to match a new or existing finish on your floors.

  • CUSTOM FINISHES

    We can create a custom stain to achieve the perfect shade and/or match an existing floor colour.

  • DUST-FREE

    We use sanders with HEPA filters to provide a dust-free process and protect the air quality in your home.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Lucas Scime started Evergreen Flooring with a simple mission: to restore the beauty of hardwood floors without cutting down more trees. After years spent planting forests out west, Lucas developed a deep respect for wood as a natural resource—something to be preserved, not wasted. At Evergreen, he blends craftsmanship with sustainability, using low-impact methods and eco-friendly finishes to give existing floors a second life. For Lucas, refinishing isn’t just a service—it’s a way to honour the forests that shaped him.
